Notes on Losing Weight
Losing weight is easier told than done, however it is indeed possible
Throughout these last 4 months, I’ve lost approximately 35 pounds. It is indeed hard, and one would most likely fail without support. However, the benefits do outweigh the problems you face in your process. I have improved a lot and feel more capable than before both professionally and personally.
These are points which I find useful for healthy weight loss.
- Do get medical help, but also have a helping hand. I count on my best friends to inquire on progress without depending on their validation.
- Reject all sugary drinks like soft-drinks. No exceptions, except those recommended by a medic. (Of course, you are not perfect and may fail sometimes. The important things is to continue to improve.)
- Eat healthy and in small quantities. That means to learn about new foods and meals. I have reduced all meals to half of what I eat before, and I have also improved the way I cook my meals. In the future, I will measure calories.
- Take the time to research others weight loss process. This helps a lot when starting.
